Dan obtained his law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1970. He was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1971 and has practiced law in Prince George since then. He has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law for more than 25 years.
Dan was one of the first lawyers in Prince George to become qualified as a Family Law Mediator and in the field of Collaborative Law.
Dan is convinced of the benefits of trying to arrive at a settlement without having to resort to the Courts and offers a free office attendance for the purpose of explaining both the Collaborative Law and Family Law Mediation process to prospective clients.
