Fiona has been practicing almost exclusively in the area of family law since her call to the Bar in 1994. She attended McGill University for her undergraduate degree and the University of Victoria for her law degree.

Fiona knows that family law issues are very stressful for clients. She encourages her clients to focus on the end result and always to be aware of the cost (financial and emotional) of taking matters to court. Fiona is enthusiastic about the collaborative process and sees it as the way for the client to maintain the most control and privacy over a very difficult matter.

Fiona is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Prince George and was president of the local club in 2000 and 2001. Fiona enjoys hiking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Fiona is an avid Star Trek fan.
